Plant Commissioning
A service of supervisory and skilled assistance on site is available during plant installation, and turnkey responsibility is accepted, when required. Our engineers are present on site during both mechanical commissioning and process start-up when operating conditions are optimized, guaranteed performance demonstrated, and assistance given in training plant operators. Quality on a high-level with our commissioning specialists, on site worldwide, we put small components as well as complete production plants into operation.
As soon as the equipment has been installed we follow up with the final inspection, which is done by a team who are experts in these technical and technological skills. After the final fine tuning - and where possible without interrupting the current production - we integrate the new plant into the production process and increase the performance within a short time to reach the guaranteed capacity. During this phase we carefully train the operators. Only when everything is 100% complete, we hand over the plant to the customer who is then responsible for his own production running.
